  4. Pre-Rahsaan Roland Kirk would have sounded at home on this album. It is a fine piece of work that fans of jazz piano, and Henry Butler in particular should pick up now while you can.   5. The sound is reminiscent of McCoy Tyner's 70s recordings, meaning that it is aggressive, and adventurous without dipping very heavily into dissonant avant-guarde styles. Pre-Rahsaan Roland Kirk would have sounded at home on this album. It is a fine piece of work that fans of jazz piano, and Henry Butler in particular should pick up now while 4/5(1).
